Your information
Privacy notice.
The information we need to run your program, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

At a glance: Loud Interactive, LLC uses your information to respond to you, administer your subscription, and deliver authorized PagePerfect services. Stripe handles payment details. We do not sell your personal information or add advertising trackers to this landing page. A case study requires separate consent.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice describes the handling of personal information for PagePerfect's marketing website, inquiries, subscription checkout, and related account administration by Loud Interactive, LLC ("Loud," "we," or "us"). It also explains how customer-provided website and search data fits into an authorized PagePerfect program.
For information you provide to manage your own subscription or contact us, Loud determines the processing described here. When we process a client's website or business data on its behalf, its instructions and any applicable service or data-processing agreement also apply. If you are a visitor to a customer's website, contact that website's operator about its own collection and use of your information.
2. Information we handle
- Inquiries and business contact information: your name, email address, business name, website, and the information you choose to include in an inquiry or support request.
- Program and subscription records: the site and page count you choose, payment term, quote or order details, price, terms version and acceptance record, billing contact, customer and subscription identifiers, transaction status, and changes or cancellation requests.
- Payment information: you submit payment details directly through Stripe's hosted payment interface. Loud does not store your full payment-card number or card security code. Stripe provides the transaction, invoice, and limited payment-method information needed to manage billing, refunds, and payment issues.
- Technical and security information: requests to our website and service may produce logs containing IP addresses, device or browser information, timestamps, requested URLs, and security or error events.
- Authorized program data: after a separate setup step and the required permissions, your program may use catalog and page content, brand preferences, search-performance data, approved integration access, and generated drafts or review records. Visiting the landing page or paying for a plan does not itself grant access to those sources or permission to publish to your site.
Provide only information needed for your business inquiry or SEO program. Do not email payment-card details, account passwords, API secrets, or sensitive personal information. Use the supported authorization process for integrations.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; confirm service eligibility and scope; create and administer subscriptions; record agreement and payment status; provide the requested optimization, support, and strategy work; prevent misuse; troubleshoot service problems; and meet accounting, tax, legal, and security obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing or entering into our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing a business service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where appropriate. You can withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting processing already lawfully performed or other processing that has a separate basis.
We may contact you about your inquiry, account, payment, security, service changes, or program. Optional marketing communications, where offered, can be declined using their unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us. Necessary account and transaction messages are separate from optional marketing.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to host and secure the service, process payments, support communications, and administer the program. We disclose the information reasonably needed for those functions, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality protections. Stripe receives the payment and transaction information needed to process your subscription.
Stripe: Stripe processes payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and related information. Its roles and practices are described in Stripe's privacy policy. A hosted payment or billing page is provided by Stripe and may use its own necessary cookies and security technologies.
Connected platforms: integrations such as your commerce platform or search-data source operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We use the access you authorize for the agreed program. Revoking access stops future access through that authorization, but does not automatically erase records already retained for legitimate program, billing, or legal purposes.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information may be handled in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must apply. Contact us if your program requires specific processing locations or a data-processing agreement before supplying the affected information.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This landing page does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Necessary session, security, or interface storage may be used to support the service and checkout. Stripe and the hosting infrastructure may use their own necessary technologies to process requests, protect transactions, or maintain a session.
Checkout stores a hashed request fingerprint and a random request identifier in session storage so a retry or page refresh can reuse the same payment request. Those session-storage records do not contain your email address or website in readable form.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent a payment, authentication, or account-management function from working. If we add optional analytics or advertising technology in the future, we will update the notice and obtain any consent required before using it.
6. Case studies and public customer references
A paid subscription does not automatically authorize a case study. The free 100-page case-study program requires separate, affirmative permission to identify your business or website as a PagePerfect customer and report verified percentage performance changes within the agreed measurement scope.
That permission does not include raw traffic counts, revenue amounts, private customer details, proprietary exports, credentials, or confidential source records. Any additional public disclosure needs separate permission. The program's participation terms describe what happens when participation ends. Contact us about an inaccurate claim or a request concerning an existing publication.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and our agreements. The relevant period depends on the record: an active subscription requires account and billing records; completed transactions may need to be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution; program data follows the applicable service instructions and retention requirements.
When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful retention, backup recovery, and security needs. A deletion request does not require removal of records we must retain by law or need to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding to a request.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information. No internet service is completely risk-free. You also help protect your information by limiting account access, maintaining your own security settings, and using supported authorization methods instead of sharing credentials.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict particular processing; or withdraw consent. Contact legal@loud.us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before providing records or making changes.
If information belongs to a customer whose instructions we follow, we may direct the request to that customer or assist it in responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also have the right to complain to the privacy authority where you live.
For subscription changes or cancellation, use your billing-management link or contact hello@loud.us. A privacy deletion request and a subscription cancellation are different actions; tell us if you want both so we can handle them together. See the subscription terms for when cancellation takes effect.
9. Children and updates to this notice
PagePerfect is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. Do not provide children's personal information. If you believe we have received it unnecessarily, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this notice as the service or our obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required and obtain new permission when a proposed use requires it.
