Clear scope, predictable billing, and control over your website and content.

The essentials: you subscribe to ongoing coverage for an agreed number of pages. Your selected payment term renews automatically unless you cancel. Ordinary subscriptions can be canceled before renewal; coverage reductions and prepaid commitments follow the rules below. Search rankings and business results are not guaranteed.
1. Your agreement with Loud
PagePerfect is provided by Loud Interactive, LLC ("Loud," "we," or "us"). These terms govern the PagePerfect service and its related website. You accept them when you agree at checkout, sign an order, or enroll in a program that expressly incorporates them. Simply requesting a quote does not create a paid subscription.
PagePerfect is a service for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business, website owner, and any client whose information or website you connect. "You" means that business and its authorized users.
Your accepted checkout summary or written order identifies the covered site or sites, enrolled page count, service scope, price, payment term, and any special commitments. A separately signed order controls where it expressly differs from these terms. A price estimate does not reserve enterprise capacity or authorize work outside the accepted scope.
2. What your subscription covers
Your subscription covers the agreed number of distinct, eligible pages enrolled in your optimization program. Eligibility, canonical URL handling, supported page types, connected data, and the sites included in your program are confirmed at setup. Duplicate URL variants do not automatically create additional covered pages.
Coverage includes the agreed recurring analysis and optimization cycle, generally planned around a four-week rhythm. A page may remain unchanged when a change would not improve it. System retries and corrections do not create additional page charges. Monthly billing and optimization cycles are separate: scheduled four-week cycles do not create a thirteenth monthly subscription payment.
Every program includes technical assistance with supported setup and guidance on preparing useful inputs. Strategy access is based on the monthly program value before prepayment discounts: quarterly calls begin at $5,000 and monthly calls at $10,000. Scheduling and enterprise support are confirmed with your program. Custom development, unsupported integrations, data cleanup projects, migration work, and work outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement.
You are responsible for providing timely, accurate inputs and the access needed to perform the work. We will identify material access or input limitations. Changes to your site, disconnected accounts, third-party outages, or delayed approvals may affect the agreed schedule; they do not authorize us to increase your coverage or fees without your agreement.
3. Graduated pricing
Standard paid coverage starts at $750 per month for up to 250 enrolled pages. The monthly total increases gradually between the following price landmarks; a lower marginal rate applies only to additional pages in its band. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Above 50,000
A written quote confirms price, coverage, and delivery scope. There is no automatic $50,000 minimum simply for exceeding 50,000 pages.
The monthly subscription is rounded to the nearest cent before any term discount is applied. For example, 1,001 enrolled pages costs $3,001.33 per month and 20,000 costs $13,750 per month before discounts. Your accepted order, rather than an unaccepted estimate, determines what you pay.
4. Payment terms and automatic renewal
Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew automatically for the same selected term unless canceled before renewal or otherwise agreed in your written order. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Three-, six-, and twelve-month subscriptions renew for the same number of calendar months. The amount due, renewal interval, and applicable savings are shown before you authorize payment.
Monthly: the monthly subscription, with no term discount.
Three months upfront: 5% off three monthly subscription charges.
Six months upfront: 10% off six monthly subscription charges.
Twelve months upfront: 20% off twelve monthly subscription charges.
Prepayment discounts do not reduce your included strategy access. A displayed monthly equivalent explains a prepaid price; it is not a promise of monthly installments. Discounts are not combined unless the offer expressly allows it. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown or added as required.
By accepting a recurring subscription, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges through Stripe, our payment processor. Payment details are entered through Stripe's payment interface. Do not send payment-card details, account passwords, or API secrets to us by email. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy; we receive the billing and transaction information needed to administer your subscription.
We will give advance notice of any renewal price increase, with enough time to cancel before the new price takes effect. An increase does not change an already paid term. We will provide notices and reminders required by applicable law. If a payment fails, we may request an updated payment method and, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the failure, suspend unpaid service.
5. Upgrades, coverage reductions, and cancellation
Upgrades: you may request more coverage at any time. We confirm availability, the effective date, and any prorated additional charge before applying the change. Unused prepaid service is credited toward the replacement coverage for the remaining term; you are not charged twice for the same period. The applicable discount and next renewal amount are disclosed with the change.
Ordinary monthly coverage reductions: give at least 30 calendar days' notice. The lower coverage and price begin on the first monthly renewal on or after that notice period ends. Existing coverage remains available until the reduction takes effect.
Prepaid coverage reductions: a lower coverage level takes effect at the end of the current prepaid term, rather than creating a refund for unused capacity. Request the change before renewal so we can confirm the new scope and price. You can cancel renewal instead of renewing a program you no longer want.
Enterprise notice: a 90-day notice period or other minimum commitment applies only when expressly included in your accepted enterprise order. Crossing a page-count threshold does not silently add an enterprise commitment.
Canceling renewal: for an ordinary subscription, you can request cancellation any time before its next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and access continues through that term unless you ask us to stop work earlier. There is no requirement to attend a call to cancel. Any different enterprise cancellation deadline must be stated in your accepted order.
Open Manage billing, use the subscription-management link provided with your billing information, or email hello@loud.us from your billing email address with the subject "Cancel PagePerfect renewal." An email request is sufficient; a retention offer or a response from us is not a condition of cancellation. We may verify account ownership where necessary to protect your account. We will confirm the effective date and any remaining agreed commitment.
6. Refunds and service issues
Prepaid fees are normally nonrefundable, and unused page capacity does not roll over or create a cash balance. Canceling renewal or deciding not to use the service does not refund an already started term. This does not limit refunds required by law, corrections for billing errors, or the service-failure remedy below.
If we materially fail to provide the agreed service, tell us what failed and give us a reasonable opportunity to correct it. If the failure remains uncured 30 days after written notice, you may end the affected service and receive a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the period after termination. If we discontinue your paid service for our convenience without providing the agreed service, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. A disappointing ranking or traffic result alone is not a failure to provide the service.
7. The free case-study program
Approved participants may receive recurring coverage for up to 100 eligible pages for one verified business and domain. Enrollment requires separate, affirmative agreement to the case-study permission described here. The program is not automatically converted into a paid subscription; paid coverage requires your agreement.
In exchange for free participation, you permit Loud to identify your business or website as a PagePerfect customer and describe verified performance changes as percentages. We agree on the measurement scope at setup. Published claims will identify relevant metrics and comparison periods and will not imply that a percentage change proves PagePerfect was its only cause.
This permission does not allow publication of raw traffic counts, revenue figures, customer information, proprietary exports, private query or product-level records, credentials, or other confidential source data. Additional disclosure requires separate permission. Paid customers do not grant case-study rights simply by subscribing.
You may end free participation by contacting us. We will stop new case-study development based on subsequent data after participation ends. Previously published, accurate material may remain, subject to the agreed permission and applicable law. Contact us to correct an inaccurate statement or discuss an existing publication. We may end or change the free program on notice; we will not charge you without consent.
8. Your content and publication control
You retain your rights in the content, brand materials, product information, and data you provide. You grant us a limited right to access, process, and store those materials to deliver, maintain, and secure your agreed program. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide them and to authorize the requested work.
As between you and Loud, you may use the output prepared for your account in your business, and we assign to you any rights we hold in that account-specific output once applicable fees are paid. This does not transfer our software, methods, reusable templates, brand assets, or third-party materials. Generated material may resemble other material, and these terms do not create intellectual-property protection where the law does not provide it.
You are responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, product claims, regulated statements, links, and legal requirements before using or publishing output. Connecting a data source, receiving a draft, or purchasing a plan does not by itself authorize us to publish to your website. Publication or automated changes require the relevant express permissions in your workflow or accepted order.
9. Data, confidentiality, and account access
Each party will protect the other party's nonpublic business information with reasonable care and use it only to perform or receive the agreed service. Information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law is not subject to that restriction. Where legally permitted, the receiving party will give notice before a legally required disclosure.
We may provide information to personnel and service providers who need it to operate, support, secure, or bill for PagePerfect, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not receive permission to publish your private data or use your confidential content in another customer's output. The separate case-study permission is limited to its stated scope.
Our PagePerfect privacy notice explains personal-data processing, payment providers, and your available choices. If your use requires a separate data-processing agreement, agree that document with us before providing the affected data. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the SEO program.
Keep your account and integration access secure, authorize only appropriate users, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You may revoke third-party access, but doing so can prevent the corresponding work. Export the records you need before your service ends; contact us about available exports and deletion requests. Retention is governed by the privacy notice, your agreement, and applicable obligations.
10. Service standards and search results
We will use commercially reasonable care to provide the service described in your accepted order. Except for express commitments in that order or these terms, the service is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Search engines, competitors, customer behavior, site implementation, seasonality, and third-party systems affect performance. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic increase, revenue, indexing result, or return on investment. The four-week cadence is a program method, not a search-engine requirement or a guaranteed improvement every four weeks. This does not excuse us from providing the service we agreed to deliver.
11. Acceptable use and suspension
Use PagePerfect lawfully and within your agreed scope. Do not submit material you have no right to use, publish knowingly false claims, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another customer's service, bypass account restrictions, or use the service to infringe others' rights. Your permitted website and client work does not authorize resale of access to the platform.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address a material breach, nonpayment, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspension. Urgent risks may require immediate action. Ending access does not remove accrued payment obligations or the protections that should continue after termination, including confidentiality and content ownership.
12. Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from this agreement. Each party's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid or were payable for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if greater.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, your obligation to pay agreed fees, or liability that applicable law does not allow a party to exclude or limit. They do not reduce an express refund obligation under these terms. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Changes, notices, and governing law
We may update these terms for future service. We will notify you of material changes before they apply and identify the effective date. Changes will not retroactively change an already accepted price or reduce the scope of a prepaid term without your agreement. If you do not accept changes for a future renewal, you may cancel renewal before they take effect.
These terms and your accepted order form the agreement for PagePerfect. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer this agreement in a way that materially reduces the other's rights or protection without consent, except as part of a business reorganization or transfer where the successor assumes the agreement.
Illinois law governs this agreement, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The state or federal courts located in or serving Cook County, Illinois have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise. No provision requires arbitration or waives access to a court where the law preserves that right.
